Managing existing programs on a short term basis during periods of management vacancies while recruitment is taking place.

Sue O'Donnell has been very effective at "stepping in" to manage existing programs on short notice. Ms. O'Donnell acts quickly to maintain and enhance existing performance and boost employee morale. Ms. O'Donnell works to ensure excellent customer relations and develops an effective transition plan to the newly recruited key manager. At the client's request, Ms. O'Donnell will play an active role in recruitment and interviewing.
