Proposal Training

Training in-house staff on the "art" of technical proposal management and writing.

Based on extensive experience in managing and writing technical proposals, Sue O'Donnell has developed tools and processes that assist a proposal team in developing an excellent proposal. Ms. O'Donnell provides training to in-house staff on these tools and processes. The course is custom designed for the client and focuses on service industry proposals, particularly government contracting and health care support services. Through the use of these tools and processes, clients can enhance their in-house proposal process.
