Training in-house staff on the art of technical proposal management and writing.

Based on extensive experience in managing and writing technical proposals, Dakota Consulting has developed tools and processes that assist a proposal team in developing an excellent proposal. We provide training to in-house staff on these tools and processes. The course is custom-designed for the client and focuses on service industry proposals, particularly government contracting and health care support services. Through the use of these tools and processes, clients can enhance their in-house proposal process.
